Barnet College - £900K - 9 week program

Strip out and refit to a high specification and reconstruction of 2 floors.

Greenwich Park Restaurant - £1 million – 18 week program

Complete refit of existing restuarant/bar involving detailed logistical issues to work in confined areas and in residential conditions. Very high spec.

Insurance Repairs - £1 million – on-going

On going involving the reactive and planned repairs, ranging from a flooded kitchen at £1K to restoration of a complete burn out of £500K.
