Quality Policy Statement

Trust in our people and our ability to carry out our building and construction projects to the satisfaction of our clients has always been the cornerstone of our success at Optima. Client requirements have become increasingly more demanding and sophisticated over the years. To ensure we capture, understand and fulfil these requirements we embarked on a quality improvement programme which built on our traditional strengths but added better communication links, streamlined processes and more appropriate controls.

At Optima, our business objectives have short, medium and long term goals, with the aim of providing a successful construction and building company for our employees and clients alike. To carry out our works in a manner that:

• Complies with our contractual requirements

• Complies with all relevant legislation

• Meets the specified standards with regard to operations, workmanship and materials

• Manages risk to people involved or affected by our workload

• Safeguards health of those involved with and affected by our Projects

• Minimises impact on and pollution of the environment.

All Optima's employees have a duty to operate within the OS Ltd Management System.
